Job summary

Nature’s Bakery in Utah is seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will measure and mix ingredients, operate basic equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production area.

You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, reading and following batching papers, and using ERP/HMI systems for material handling. We offer steady hours, full-time benefits, and a supportive environment that values teamwork, safety, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and batching paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients to meet product quality standards.
• Operate machinery, perform cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Uphold food safety and quality by following guidelines.
• Manage materials using ERP; refill bulk containers and complete batching paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a respectful, productive work environment.
• Sanitize heavy machinery and equipment as required.

What will you get to do?

• Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.
• Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Championing Safety and Quality: You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
• Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
• Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.

Experience that you need to succeed

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
• Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.
