Kelly is hiring a Production Machine Operator in Middletown, PA to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role operates automated machinery that combines metal components with plastic materials to produce finished parts.

The position is suited for individuals with experience in industrial manufacturing, plastics, metals, injection molding, or other fast-paced production environments. You will operate and monitor equipment, load materials, perform quality checks, troubleshoot minor issues,

• Prior machine operation or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with automated production equipment or machinery.
• Background in plastics, metals, automotive, CNC, or high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to learn machine controls and perform basic adjustments.
• Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery
• Load metal components and plastic materials into production equipment
• Monitor the machine throughout the production cycle
• Remove and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Keep machines properly supplied with materials to maintain production flow
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Identify defects, machine problems, or production issues and report them promptly
• Complete routine quality checks throughout the shift
• Follow established machine operating procedures and work instructions

• 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30AM – 3:00PM
• 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM

Location: Middletown, PA

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr - $21.25/hr

What We're Looking For

• Previous machine operation or industrial manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with automated production equipment or machinery
• Background in plastics, metals, injection molding, automotive, CNC, fabrication, or high-volume manufacturing is a plus
• Comfortable working in a loud, active industrial manufacturing environment
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery
• Ability to learn machine controls, processes, and basic adjustments
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive production tasks
