Job Description: Machine Operator/ Production Worker: McHenry, Illinois

Our customer in McHenry, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operator/ Production Workers to work full-time on 1st and 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator/Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring the quality of finished products, performing routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator/ Production Worker:

• Use hand tools effectively for various tasks.
• Operate production machinery according to established guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Assist with assembly and packaging tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and speak English for clear communication.
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Experience in assembly and/or manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience as a machine operator.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to production goals.

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting at $15/hour for 1st shift; $17/hour for 3rd shift.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

• 1st Shift: 7:55am - 4:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:55pm - 8:00am
