Responsibilities

• Produce, inspect, and package molded products while maintaining quality and safety.
• Assist with molding, trimming, finishing and assembling.
• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines for safe production.
• Measure and load plastic materials into molds accurately.
• Inspect finished products for defects.
• Use power tools and plant equipment to support production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with team to meet production goals.
• Help train new team members and learn multiple plant areas.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 - $23 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Production Machine Operator:

• Assist in manufacturing operations by producing, inspecting, and packaging molded products while maintaing quality and safety standards

• Assist with molding, trimming, finishining and assembling products

• Operate and monitor rotational molding machines to ensure safe, efficient production

• Measure and load plastic materials into molds with accuracy

• Inspect finished products for quality and identify any defects

• Use power tools and plant equipment to support production processes

• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and basic repairs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Communicate with team members and leadership to meet production goals

• Help train new team members and learn multiple areas of the plant

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Manufacturing or heavy machine operation experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
