Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in our juicing facility. The role requires someone with a strong work ethic, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate juicing and bottling machines efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Monitor the production line to ensure that all equipment is running smoothly and safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize equipment failure.
• Ensure all machines are cleaned and sanitized in compliance with company and health regulations.
• Conduct quality checks on product output, ensuring all juices meet Arden's Garden’s high standards.
• Assist with the setup and calibration of machines for various production runs.
• Track inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to ensure efficient production.
• Report any issues with machinery, production delays, or product defects to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in a food or beverage production environment.
• Ability to understand and follow technical manuals and safety instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
