Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Greensboro is seeking an Associate Technician to support the production department by meeting productivity and quality standards.

You will adhere to work instructions, calibrate equipment, participate in training, and communicate safety and process issues to Supervisors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow the work instructions.
• Completes equipment calibration and setup; promptly communicates any maintenance issues to Supervisor.
• Proactively identifies quality, process, and workflow problems; informs Supervisor of outstanding issues.
• Participates in the training of Associates; mentors new hires and cross-trains associates as necessary.
• Actively communicates with Supervisor; shares information and expectations with team.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area; notifies Supervisor of potential safety issues.
• Supports and monitors safety requirements and adheres to company policies.
