Job summary

Kinetic Custom Trailers USA Inc. in Waco, Texas is hiring a Production Support associate to keep the manufacturing floor running smoothly. This hands-on role covers production floor support and materials handling, with potential use of a company vehicle to move parts.

You will operate equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts, assist with material staging and kitting, and maintain safe, organized work areas. A valid driver's license and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience/certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, safety-regulated environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Team Player.

Responsibilities

• Provide general help and support across all areas of the production department.
• Operate equipment such as cranes, forklifts and use power tools (training provided if needed).
• Assist in material staging, kitting, and movement for production.
• Maintain housekeeping standards - sorting, setting in order, and cleaning work areas.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation, inspections, and scheduling.
• Accurately track raw materials, fabricated components, and finished goods.
