Job summary

DSV is seeking a Supervisor to oversee production associates involved in loading and unloading freight, accounting for materials, and assembling server racks and components at our Fort Wayne facility.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3–6 years in material handling, strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to coordinate across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production associates performing loading/unloading of freight and uses multiple systems to track materials.
• Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns to ensure accuracy.
• Monitors safety protocols and enforces procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Advises subordinates and resolves questions related to work activities; ensures adherence to policies.
