Energy Jobline ZR in Roanoke, VA is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/operations support professional to assist with tracking, scheduling, and coordinating delivery and offloading of raw materials. The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and accurate documentation.

You will work with ERP systems, coordinate with vendors, and support production with order processing and NCR handling. A technical degree and 3–5 years in logistics or related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to improvise and adapt where needed.

Responsibilities

• Support production staff and administration with tracking, scheduling, and coordinating delivery and offloading of raw material.
• Stop unsafe conditions and correct behaviors.
• Maintain records and documentation; data entry of production records.
• Coordinate delivery/ offloading schedules with vendors and shuttling of material between warehouses.
• Process production orders and manage NCRs and non-conforming materials.
