Job summary

Veolia seeks a Production Engineer to optimize water treatment processes and manage production and logistics at two sites. You will improve safety, reliability, and efficiency while coordinating with operators, engineers, and supply chain teams.

The role requires hands‑on engineering, data‑driven decision making, and CAPEX/OPEX project execution to support environmental goals and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with relevant experience in water treatment or chemical processing.
• Experience with process optimization, safety compliance, and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis, OEE tracking, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
• Perform process engineering activities including heat and material transfer, mass balancing, and equipment assessments.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement counter‑measures for operational issues.
• Network with site, regional, and global functions to drive best practices.
