Job summary

Panasonic Energy is seeking a Production Clerk for the Electrode department on a Monday-Friday Day Shift. The role provides administrative and clerical support related to supply chain and procurement, maintaining files, logs, invoices, and purchase orders.

The ideal candidate will track production data, update SOPs, and help ensure accurate time recording for hourly staff while coordinating with supervisors and staff across the department. This onsite position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing/Production experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ability to use online learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains SOPs and quality documents.
• Records production data, daily production, scrap, and defects.
• Distributes production schedules and work orders to departments.
• Completes and updates KPI charts daily.
• Handles daily requisitions and maintains inventory.
