Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Loader in Bentonville, AR. This entry-level position offers training on the job, with a pay rate of $19.35 per hour and a night schedule from Thursday to Monday, 10pm to 6am. Expect heavy lifting up to 60 lbs and long walks within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Load trailers safely and efficiently according to established procedures
• Lift and move products weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift
• Place heavier items on the bottom of loads and lighter items on top using a step stool when necessary
• Walk long distances throughout the warehouse to assigned work areas
• Operate a powered conveyor system to extend and retract conveyors during loading
• Monitor conveyor indicator lights and respond to loading assignments as directed
• Maintain productivity while working in trailer environments with elevated temperatures
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Jump in as a Production Loader in Bentonville and get trained while you earn. You'll work with a team that's all about keeping things moving and getting it done right.

Heavy lifting up to 60 lbs, will squat to put heavy items on the bottom and lift above shoulders to put lighter items on top by using a step stool. Walking long distances to the work area and standing the full shift is required. Visually observe lights on the conveyors, looking for red lights to direct them to what trailers to load. Operate a powered conveyor to lengthen or shorten up the conveyor as they fill the trailer.

Job Duties

• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
