Job summary

Nyhus Enterprises LLC is seeking dependable Production Line Workers to support our powder-coating team. You will prepare, hang, inspect, and package parts on manual and automated lines, following work instructions and prints. The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Shifts run Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Fridays. Wage information is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Read and understand work instructions and basic prints.

• Basic mechanical ability.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and production prints.
• Hang parts on manual or automated powder-coating lines.
• Count, mask, and prepare parts for production.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns.
• Package completed parts according to work instructions.
• Move parts between stations using the production tracking system.
• Assist in other departments as production needs change.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.

About this position

Description:

Nyhus Enterprises is looking for dependable Production Line Workers to join our powder-coating team. This position supports our manual and automated production lines by preparing, hanging, inspecting, and packaging parts.

No two days are exactly the same. Team members may work in different areas of production depending on customer needs and the daily schedule. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm or 11:00am - 9:30pm

Overtime: Opportunities available on Fridays

Wage Information: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

• Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and production prints
• Hang parts on manual or automated powder-coating lines
• Count, mask, and prepare parts for production
• Sand parts and use an air gun to remove debris or excess water
• Place parts on and remove parts from the wash conveyor
• Manually wash larger parts as needed
• Move parts between stations using the production tracking system
• Inspect finished parts for defects and quality concerns
• Package completed parts according to work instructions
• Perform light assembly work
• Assist in other departments as production needs change
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Complete general housekeeping duties, including sweeping floors and emptying trash
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures

• Comfortable working in temperatures that may range from approximately 60 to 100 degrees
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
