Staffmark has just the role for you! We're hiring full-time, entry-level Production Line Workers in Milford, DE, for a global leader in clam harvesting and processing.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
• Schedule: Must be able to work a variable schedule based on production needs
• Shift Hours: Typically 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 5:00 AM until finished
• Days: Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and additional hours required based on production demands
• Shifts may run up to 13 hours, offering excellent earning potential!

What You'll Be Doing

• Weigh and load seafood products for storage or shipping
• Inspect clams on the production line for quality and remove any defects or foreign materials
• Assist with facility housekeeping (washing down floors, shoveling product, refilling salt tanks)
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift
