Job summary

Altium Packaging in Santa Ana, California is seeking a Production Line Technician to ensure SPC compliance with customer requirements, set up and adjust blow-mold equipment, and supervise machine operators.

You will troubleshoot and repair blow-mold, bagger, and related equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain repair checklists and records. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are required; overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history and manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating machinery is required.
• Experience in the manufacturing or similar industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production follows SPC guidelines and customer requirements.
• Set up and adjust equipment to produce bottles of various types, sizes and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow-mold, baggers and related equipment.
• Provide break relief to machine operators as directed by supervisor.
• Perform hydraulic and pneumatic checks and replace valves, hoses and pumps.
• Perform mold, neck tooling, pin and other equipment changes.
• Lubricate and perform preventive maintenance to all equipment and keep necessary records.
• Complete and maintain repair checklists and reports as required.

Location Address:1217 E St Gertrude Place, Santa Ana, California 92707Work Shift:8hr-2nd Shift (United States of America) The Production Line Technician will ensure the process is in accordance with statistical process control (SPC) guidelines and customer requirements and make mechanical repairs.
