Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a General Production Laborer to support the Production Lines team. The role involves performing production duties while adhering to safety and GMP regulations to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will work on line duties, assist coworkers, and help maintain clean, organized work areas. The position reports to the Production Manager and requires physical stamina and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations.
• Maintain food safety and quality of the process and finished product.
• Keep work area clean and organized by practicing good housekeeping in the immediate work area.
• Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules and regulations.
• Oversee and maintain the food safety and quality of the process and finished product.
• Keep work area clean and organized by practicing good housekeeping in the immediate work area.
• Assist fellow employees on an as needed basis.
• Inspect, identify and replace product and packaging that is not conforming to standards.
• Must be able to operate a case erector, facility glue pots (reaching excess of 300F), and Line 6 case dumper.
• Complete all required line documentation and reports accurately, legibly and thoroughly.
• Meet and maintain acceptable line efficiency and production standards.
• Identify issues that he/she is not able to rectify and communicate them promptly to the Production Supervisor for assistance.
• All other duties as assigned.
