Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring an Production Operator to operate and monitor production line(s) ensuring efficiency and quality. You will handle material movement, packaging steps, and changeovers while adhering to safety and GMP practices.

Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and maintaining records of downtime. The role may require weekend or holiday work and physical tasks such as lifting 20-45 lb cases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience on high speed production lines and with pallets or packaging equipment is preferred.
• Experience reading schedules and blueprints, and basic computer use in manufacturing.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Move materials and finished products to maintain proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality; perform preventative maintenance.
• Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Keep work area clean and well organized; maintain good housekeeping.
• Record downtime and machine operations; work with maintenance as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and work well in a team.
