Harvest Hill Beverage Company (HHBC) is seeking a Production Technician to join a high-performance work team on the beverage line. You will operate, maintain, and clean equipment to meet daily production goals and preserve the high quality our consumers expect.

This role involves blending juices and water blends, weighing ingredients, and preparing batches according to MO instructions while following GMPs and safety procedures. You will also update logs and support Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two years of production or electrical/mechanical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
• Team-based, diverse culture.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Stable work history.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to work any shift with overtime.
• Drug screen, background check, and basic skills assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Blend products according to order specifications following GMPs and safety procedures.
• Maintain safe work practices to meet daily blending goals with high safety, quality and accuracy.
• Weigh, blend, mix, and transport liquids and dry ingredients.
• Comply with GMPs and company policies, and maintain logs and paperwork.
