Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a production operator to support our manufacturing line. You will operate and monitor equipment, help maximize line output and uptime, and ensure processes stay compliant with our Quality Policies.

You will promptly initiate corrective actions if deviations occur and keep the line clean and well maintained. You will digitize process and quality data, collaborate with colleagues, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
• High level of commitment and flexibility.
• Willingness and ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors equipment used in the production process.
• Responsible for the line performance regarding output and uptime.
• Ensures production processes remain compliant with Quality Policies and initiates appropriate measures in case of deviations.
• Cleans and maintains machines and equipment.
• Digitally documents process and quality data.
