Job summary

You will perform regular quality inspections, apply lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement, assist with packing and material handling, and work cooperatively with a diverse team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection.
• Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills.
• Must be able to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line.
• Monitor the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process.
• Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges.
• Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Perform packing and material handling tasks as required.
• Demonstrates a deliberate focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.
