WM B REILY & COMPANY INC is seeking an Entry Level Line Operator for the Knoxville plant. The role focuses on safely operating production equipment, ensuring timely and efficient production of quality products.

Employment is full time with a 2nd shift schedule and adherence to GMP and safety protocols. Responsibilities include equipment changeovers, maintaining quality and traceability records, and effective communication with support functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of machine operating/production experience preferred.
• Technical ability to start/stop equipment and perform changeovers.
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and self-leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely to meet GMP and safety guidelines.
• Use Redzone to track downtime and quality documents.
• Complete changeovers for assigned equipment/production line.
• Maintain customer product specifications and quality standards.
• Read and follow daily instructions and specifications.
• Complete quality, traceability, and production paperwork accurately.
• Report product deficiencies or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Perform minor equipment adjustments for optimal operation.
