Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and perform adjustments as needed.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
• Monitor line performance including speed and fill levels.
• Feed material or parts to machines.
• Make minor adjustments to keep machines operating efficiently.
• Fix issues that arise during the shift.
• Check output for defects and document results.
• Document production data (items, line speeds, scrap) in forms/computer.
• Produce the required quantity within specifications.
• Oversee operations of assigned line and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Track materials used and returned to stock.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation per SOP.
• Ensure bulk tanks are emptied to maximize yield.
• Communicate with supervisors when problems occur.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
