Job summary

BetterBody Foods in Springville, Utah is seeking a Machine Operator to run and calibrate equipment on wet and dry production lines, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will work with fillers, cappers and labelers, start/stop the line, and assist with line changes and packaging preparations.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 months production experience at a BetterBody Foods facility, are detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and may be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 months production experience in a BetterBody Foods facility.
• Must be current on SOP training requirements per Operator training requirements.
• Must pass QA supervisor review per Operator training requirements.
• Must pass Facilities review per Operator training requirements.
• Must pass Sanitation review per Operator II training requirements.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate equipment on production lines (filler, capper, labeler).
• Meet daily production goals and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Fill out the PBR documentation correctly.
• Start/Stop/run equipment with or without supervisor.
• Assist in line breakdown, cleaning, and reassembly.
• Follow escalation process and monitor line progress.
• Ensure proper line operation and report issues promptly.
