Job summary

BetterBody Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly team member for our food packaging operation. You will work on wet and dry production lines, assembling and packaging granolas, mueslis, trail mixes and cereals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This full-time role requires English fluency, adherence to GMP guidelines, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive benefits and opportunities for advancement are offered in Utah.

Qualifications

• Must understand English and follow written and spoken instructions.
• Capable of obtaining Food Handler certification within 30 days.
• Commitment to follow all company policies and procedures.
• Strict adherence to safety standards and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on wet and/or dry production lines.
• Assemble and package food products to spec.
• Ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
• Label, seal, and finalize packaging.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work environment per GMP.
• Perform routine quality inspections and remove defects.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
