Job summary

You will monitor flow, ensure quality, and maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout processing areas. We offer on-site work at the Champaign plant, with shift premiums on 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus benefits consistent with Kraft Heinz policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing preferred; training available for right candidates.
• Ability to operate a forklift; training provided by Kraft Heinz.
• Computer literacy required for production systems and documentation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow safety rules and GMP practices at all times.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials and packaging into machines; verify materials.
• Monitor product flow and quality; report defects or issues.
• Package finished goods per specifications and codes.
• Stack, palletize, wrap product; move materials with carts or forklift.
• Operate production lines; adjust speed and settings as trained.
• Maintain sanitation in processing and packaging areas.
• Document pertinent information; follow safety and GMP rules.
• Participate in meetings; assist other positions as needed.
