Job description

Position Summary

The Packaging Line Operator contributes to all phases of the production process, including the operation of automated equipment, preliminary diagnosis of equipment issues, and assisting with preventive maintenance and sanitation.

Position Responsibilities

1. Ensure machinery operates properly.
2. Maintain quality standards.
3. Avoid line stoppages.
4. Input required information into the ERP system.
5. Report mechanical problems to supervisors and maintenance teams.
6. Work safely and adhere to safety protocols.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of machinery in the assigned work area.
8. Keep the work area clean and free of debris.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
