Job Description At The LEGO Group

We are seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position. Starting Pay Rate: $21.42/hour (weekly pay). Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month). in a Climate Controlled environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated production equipment
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
  • Identify and respond to minor machine issues
  • Perform routine quality inspections
  • Record production data accurately
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
