Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Production Line Mechanic to maintain and repair machinery in our high-speed beverage manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and support equipment uptime to ensure quality and safety. Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP are required.

Preferred: technical degree or license in mechanical maintenance, 1-3 years of maintenance experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Beverage industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on production machinery and equipment.
• Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair and rebuild plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent problems and ensure smooth operation.
• Identify faults or defects and help improve productivity with analytical techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation for maintenance logs and parts inventory.
• Assist with change-overs and set-ups; advise on proper maintenance practices.

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Production Line Mechanic you will maintain and repair machinery, equipment in accordance withestablished manufacturing procedures to achieve efficiency, quality and optimum production objectives.

The Impact You’ll Make:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines and equipment used in production. Install, diagnose, analyze,maintain, modify, repair and/or rebuild a variety of plant and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and preventproblems to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and operate efficiently; basic electrical equipment problemssuch as changing fuses, buttons, and switches.
• Contribute significantly to the manufacturing process by ensuring product quality, safety, and efficient operations.Commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Examine manufactured products and identifying faults or defects. Paying attention to details and practicing analyticaltechniques help them improve productivity
• Maintain accurate documentation for assignments, machine repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance logs
• Assist production personnel in change-over and set-ups. Provide consultation on correct maintenance andpreventative measures to machine users
• Utilize specific knowledge for a variety of skilled trades, including but not limited to, production and facilitymachinery and equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pipefitting, carpentry, utilities, etc.

Who You Are:

• Prefer a technical degree or license in mechanical maintenance or related field of study
• Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, andrepair
• Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office ability to modify basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets in Word andExcel
• Preferred Certifications: Electrical or mechanical engineering trade school

Required: Beverage industry and/or high-speed manufacturing experience.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$27—$36 USD
