Ryder is hiring Production Line Leads in Wilmer, Texas — offering weekly pay and a career you can feel good about. Hourly pay $20.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour on the Weekend shift.

Weekend schedule Friday to Sunday 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Responsibilities include set-up, operation, and reconciliation of production lines; ensuring correct products on the line; training line workers; packing units and pallets per work instructions.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in production or as a team lead.
• 1+ year operating a computer and handheld scanner.
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of production assembly lines.

Aufgaben

• Set-up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines.
• Makes sure correct customer product is on the line.
• Trains line workers on how to assemble components and pack product per documented work instructions and quality requirements.
• Makes sure units/pallets are packed correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
