Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Production Line Leads in Wilmer, Texas. The role offers weekly pay and opportunities to advance within a safety-focused warehouse environment. Base pay is $20.00 per hour with a $2.00 per hour premium on Weekend shifts (Fri–Sun 6:00 AM–6:30 PM).

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year experience in production or team leadership, plus familiarity with computers and hand-held scanners. Training is provided and safety gear is supplied.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of production or team lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year of operating a computer and hand-held scanner preferred.
• 1+ year of simple mathematical calculations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line activities in a warehouse environment.
• Support safety and quality standards on every shift.
• Assist with training and guiding junior team members as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet throughput targets.

• Hourly Pay $20.00 per hour
• Additional Pay:
• $2.00 added per hour when assigned to Weekend shift
• Schedules:
• Weekend Shift; Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
