Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Production Line Leads in Wilmer, TX. This position offers weekly pay and a path to a steady career in a safety-focused warehouse environment.

Roles involve setup, operation, and supervision of production lines, with emphasis on quality and efficiency. Candidates should have a HS diploma and some production leadership experience, and be ready to work the 2nd shift (6:00 PM – 4:30 AM) with bilingual ability a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more experience with production/assembly lines preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines.
• Ensure correct customer product is on the line.
• Train line workers on assembly and packing per work instructions and quality requirements.
• Ensure units/pallets are packed correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
