Abbott seeks a Team Lead Operator to guide daily production activities on the manufacturing line and ensure operational excellence. This non-supervisory role acts as a functional leader, coaching operators and coordinating with maintenance teams to meet safety and quality standards.

You'll collaborate with QA, Processing, Material Control, Scheduling, and other functions to support initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and uphold GMP compliance across the line.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED required; Associate's degree or higher strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the department for the job, and fully trained/signed-off on all equipment, machines,
