Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is seeking a Production Line Lead for a state-of-the-art facility in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee sorting on the production line, assign work, and manage data tracking to keep operations efficient and safe.

The role offers $21.00/hour with overtime opportunities, plus benefits after 60 days and weekly pay. We value growth and promote from within as you train and develop team members.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months supervisory experience.
• Consent to a drug screen.
• Consent to a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new and existing team members, assign to production lines and manage data tracking/reporting.
• Hold daily safety meetings and enforce site safety procedures.
• Resolve conflicts between team members and work with management to address complaints and grievances.
• Conduct employee evaluations.
• Clear and clean production lines as needed to ensure product quality and efficiency.
