Job summary

Leadpoint Business Services is hiring a full-time Equipment Operator for our Charlotte, NC facility. You will move materials with a forklift from conveyors to the perimeter and work on the first shift.

Wages start at $20.00 per hour with overtime pay at time and a half. Benefits include health, dental and vision after 60 days, weekly pay, and PPE provided.

Candidates must be 18+, pass a background check and drug screen, and be able to operate a forklift and pass safety inspections.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Move materials from conveyors to the perimeter using a forklift.
• Perform daily equipment safety inspections and report issues to maintenance.
• Communicate mechanical issues to maintenance and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
