Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years in a comparable field.
• Lead or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

• Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE and Lockout-Tagout procedures.
• Ensure product quality according to QA and USDA specifications.
• Ensure that equipment runs smoothly throughout departments.
