Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a Production Line Lead (Line C) to oversee daily line operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a floor team. This hands-on role requires standing long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in hot and cold environments with overtime as needed.

You will lead, train, and cross-train workers, monitor metrics, troubleshoot with maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and food safety policies in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual: English required; Spanish a plus.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Line Lead or similar role in manufacturing.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coaching and directing team members.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Production Line Lead (Line C)

Job Summary

The Production Line Lead oversees daily operations of a production or packaging line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team on the floor. This is a hands‑on role that requires working alongside employees, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production on track. This position is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift), lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in hot and cold environments. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
