Dessert Holdings is seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee a production line on the Humble, TX campus, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while guiding frontline staff. This is a hands-on role requiring close cooperation with maintenance and operators, with shift setup and problem solving.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual with English required; Spanish a plus.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Experience as a line lead or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable coaching and directing team members.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office.

Production Line Lead

Job Summary

The Production Line Lead oversees daily operations of a production or packaging line, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while leading a team on the floor. This is a hands‑on role that requires working alongside employees, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production on track. This position is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods (up to 90% of the shift), lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in hot and cold environments. Candidates must be comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support a production line team
• Monitor production performance, quality, and safety
