Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking team members for onsite production roles in Smyrna, GA. The position supports Lawler's Desserts and other brands within the group, helping to produce artisanal desserts with strict quality and safety standards.

You'll follow GMP and SQF training, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to meeting daily production goals. The role offers benefits and opportunities for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Follow GMP to keep production safe and clean.
• Learn SQF, HACCP, and GMP with available training.
• Ability to read or write English or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build desserts according to clear instructions.
• Meet production goals within the required time.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work area.
• Follow dress code and personal hygiene rules.
• Report waste or any time you step off the line.
• Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift.
• Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!).
• Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed.
