Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process poultry products following Pilgrim’s standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Support teammates by sharing skills and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
• Perform other duties to meet production and quality goals.
• Be flexible and assist in different areas as needed.
