Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; experience in a legal office is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for high-volume work.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data entry to support production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Examine cases which have fallen out of the firm’s production pipeline.
• Think critically to determine whether identified cases are subject to unique circumstances; diagnose exceptions and report back to firm managers and clients.
• Formulate and execute solutions to ensure exceptions return to or continue moving through the firm’s production pipeline.
• Inventory management within the production process.
• Review inventory status reporting to identify stagnant accounts.
• Diagnose systemic areas of improvement to ensure accounts flow through the production pipeline timely.
