Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Steel and Paint lines.
• Coach, mentor, and develop production staff.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Ensure schedules meet customer commitments.
• Promote customer-first mindset across operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and leadership teams.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
