Electrical Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Production Leader to oversee key production departments, manage schedules, coach teams, and drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance. The role emphasizes producing to customer specifications while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, experience with steel fabrication and/or powder paint, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, business or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience as a manager, supervisor or relevant role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with steel fabrication and/or powder paint.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in large-scale make-to-order manufacturing; lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Safety in all areas of the department(s). #1 Priority.
• Drive First Time Quality and ensure products meet specifications.
• Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company plans and vision.
• Own, manage and lead production schedules to successful completion.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand duties and tasks.
• Monitor productivity and provide constructive feedback.
• Hire and train new employees and promote growth.
