Job summary

EZARC, Inc. in Pleasant Grove, UT, seeks a Production Manager to lead our steel fabrication facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while overseeing fabrication, assembly, and QC of semiconductor tool-install components.

The role requires a proven track record in semiconductor construction, team leadership, and project execution, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor construction/fabrication.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing production or fabrication teams.
• 5+ years of project management experience in fabrication/semiconductor construction.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present KPIs to executive stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of fabrication processes and quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily fabrication shop operations with accountability for safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Oversee fabrication, assembly, and QC of semiconductor tool-install components per drawings and specs.
• Develop and maintain rolling labor, capacity, and production plans based on workload forecasts.
• Coordinate with leaders from other units to review forecasts, balance labor and capacity, set priorities, and identify cross-unit support opportunities.
• Own and achieve shop, team, and individual KPI targets; review weekly and implement corrective actions.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, staffing, equipment, and materials to meet targets and escalate constraints affecting safety, quality, cost, or schedule.
• Drive CI initiatives to reduce waste, rework, cycle time, and cost while increasing quality and throughput.
• Present performance results, risks, resource needs, recovery plans, and strategic recommendations to executives.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with clear expectations, mentorship, cross-training, and regular feedback.
