Job summary

TPI Composites, Inc. seeks a results-driven operations supervisor to lead safety, quality, and manufacturing on the Newton, IA factory floor. You will coach multi-disciplinary teams, drive Lean improvements, and ensure ISO-aligned processes while maintaining a safe, productive environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, enabling continuous improvement, managing resources, and delivering on-time results while upholding TPI's values and ensuring efficient Oracle transactions.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and make timely data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with procedures and PPE use.
• Oversee and support EHS behavior and initiatives.
• Utilize quality metrics to improve yield and defect reduction.
• Monitor and support performance of Tier 1 & Tier 2 escalations.
• Ensure proper utilization of resources including materials, tools, and personnel.
• Evaluate and develop supervisor performance and timely reviews.
• Foster teamwork and align with core values and continuous improvement.
