Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience in a production environment.
• Experience supervising production staff and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise production employees in accordance with procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment through leadership and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies for safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate production needs and liaise between production, safety, quality, maintenance, and management to meet delivery demands.
• Direct production to efficiently use available hours and provide hands-on process support as needed.
• Diagnose equipment faults and organize repairs within competency limits.
• Report daily production information to meet shift KPIs and ensure paperwork is complete.
