Job summary

Clean Cut Painters is seeking a proven leader to run production across several open job sites in Bozeman, MT. This is a full-time leadership role, not painting, focusing on labor efficiency, calendar management, and client experience.

You will lead W2 hourly crews through crew leads, set Monday-Friday schedules with early starts, and leverage tech tools like Jobber, Google Sheets and Slack to keep operations smooth and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew leads in weekly meetings and manage labor efficiency (budget vs actual hours).
• Oversee multiple job sites simultaneously and protect client experience.
• Coordinate pre-production planning, scheduling, and materials with EOS-driven processes.
• Own the rhythm of communication and problem anticipation a week out.
