Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing/production with leadership preferred.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• US Person required for export control compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with production standards, methods, and guidelines.
• Oversee and manage all production activities to achieve KPIs.
• Apply methods and procedures to support KPI attainment.
• Follow SOPs and performance expectations at all times.
• Contribute to, or lead, detailed production scheduling and order sequencing.
• Review and approve production orders, and allocate internal resources accordingly.
• Ensure availability of production infrastructure, including tools and maintenance support.
• Identify and recommend improvements to support continuous improvement in QCD.
