Qualifications

• Associate's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management or related field.
• Several years of experience in manufacturing or production with preferred leadership or supervisory roles.
• Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities with a track record of motivating production teams to meet goals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• US work authorization without VISA sponsorship; export control requirements apply (US Person per 22 CFR 120.15).

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods, and guidelines.
• Oversee and manage all production operations for the assigned sub-segment or product to achieve KPIs.
• Apply production methods, guidelines, and procedures to meet KPI targets.
• Contribute to or manage the sequencing of production orders.
• Confirm or approve production orders and allocate resources.
• Ensure availability and readiness of production infrastructure, tools, maintenance, and setup operations.
• Propose procedural or organizational changes to improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
