Job summary

DuPont’s Copley site seeks a Production Manager to lead a 24/5 manufacturing team of about 15 employees. You will drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, shaping team performance and operational discipline.

The role emphasizes Lean and Six Sigma application, leadership development, and collaboration with site leaders to meet production targets and customer expectations. A strong manufacturing background and a engineering degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, coach, and develop people.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with Operational Excellence and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with digitally enabled manufacturing tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 employees in a 24/5 manufacturing environment.

• Establish clear performance goals and metrics to meet production and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by eliminating waste and removing barriers to performance.
