Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Leadership experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lamination and molding staff and ensure performance, quality, safety.
• Coordinate daily production activities, staffing, materials, equipment, priorities, and changeovers.
• Monitor production output, equipment efficiency, downtime, scrap, material usage, and department performance.
• Ensure equipment is properly operated, maintained, and set up for safe production.
• Troubleshoot lamination, molding, equipment, and quality issues; coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Production as needed.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Communicate production status and department needs to management.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
